How far ahead should we start?
Earlier is always better, especially before the season or a major tournament. Your quote will include the production timeline based on final product selections and artwork approval.
Can parents order and pay individually?
Yes. A team shop gives each buyer a direct checkout while keeping the collection, deadline, and available delivery methods organized in one place.
How does team delivery work?
When team delivery is available, completed orders are individually packaged and distributed together through the program. Direct shipping can also be offered when arranged for the shop.
Can custom team gear be returned?
Custom, personalized, and team-made merchandise is generally final sale unless an item arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order. Sizing and personalization should be reviewed before checkout.
