Republic Team Shops are created specifically for participating wrestling programs, clubs, schools, and organizations. Merchandise is produced around a limited ordering window, so ordering and fulfillment differ from standard Republic merchandise.
Ordering Windows
Each Team Shop is available for a limited ordering window. Team-specific deadlines are displayed on the shop page.
Orders may generally be updated or cancelled while the shop is open, provided production has not begun. Request changes by emailing shop@republicwrestling.com with your order number. A request is confirmed only when Republic replies. Once the shop closes, orders are finalized and submitted for production together. After production begins, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible, except where required by law.
Production Timeline
Team Shop merchandise is produced after the ordering window closes. Production and shipping timelines vary by item. Some items take longer than others; refer to the estimate on each product page. Selma sweaters are estimated to ship 4–6 weeks after the Team Shop closes, rather than from the date an individual order is placed. Carrier transit time is additional. Orders containing multiple items may be held until the complete order is ready.
Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Product availability, materials, freight, holidays, or other circumstances may require additional time. If a significant delay affects your order, Republic Wrestling will contact affected customers with an update.
Team Delivery
Some Team Shops offer Free Team Delivery. Completed orders are individually packaged and delivered together to the designated team representative, coach, or program contact after production.
Customers coordinate pickup or distribution with their team. Team Selma coaches will share distribution details through the team app when orders are ready. Team Delivery is not individual home delivery or pickup from Republic’s fulfillment location.
Direct Shipping
When available and selected at checkout, orders ship to the address entered after production is complete. Applicable shipping charges appear at checkout. Carrier transit time is additional to the production timeline. Please verify your shipping address and fulfillment selection before ordering.
Wrestler Fundraising Credit
Certain Team Shops allow purchases to be credited toward an individual wrestler’s fundraising total. Enter the wrestler’s full name accurately when prompted during ordering.
If you are supporting the overall program, enter TEAM or select general team credit when offered. Fundraising credit is used for internal team reporting and does not change your purchase price.
Team Shop Returns & Exchanges
Team Shop merchandise is ordered or produced specifically for the participating program and is generally considered final sale.
Review size, color, style, personalization, quantity, and other selections carefully. Team Shop, custom, personalized, and clearly marked final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or color selection, fit preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product or variation.
Sizing guides are a reference; fit can vary by garment, material, manufacturer, and style. Customers are responsible for verifying customer-entered spelling and personalization. Final-sale terms do not limit your rights under applicable law.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact shop@republicwrestling.com promptly with your order number, a description, and photos when helpful.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances. For a confirmed Republic or production error, Republic covers reasonable return or replacement shipping when required. Please wait for instructions before returning an item.
Minor variations within normal manufacturing tolerances are not necessarily defects.
Approved Exchanges
Products specifically eligible for exchange may be exchanged for the same product in another available size or color, unless otherwise approved. Customers pay return shipping; Republic covers one replacement shipment.
Replacement availability is not guaranteed. Team Shop, custom, personalized, and final-sale items do not qualify for standard exchanges unless defective or affected by a Republic error. Eligible regular retail merchandise follows our Shipping & Returns policy.
Product Images, Colors & Mockups
Images and digital mockups represent finished merchandise as accurately as possible. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, fabrics, dye lots, lighting, and decoration methods. Small differences in print scale, placement, or appearance may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Product Availability
Team Shop products, sizes, colors, and materials are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, Republic may contact you with an alternative. If a reasonable alternative is unavailable or declined, the affected item may be cancelled and refunded.
Styles, sizes, designs, and pricing may change if a shop reopens.
Order Accuracy
Review your customer information, product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, wrestler attribution, and shipping or Team Delivery choice before checkout.
Contact Republic as soon as possible if you discover an error while the shop is open. Changes may not be possible after production begins.
Team-Specific Terms
Some shops include additional deadlines, delivery arrangements, fundraising structures, or product restrictions. Clearly posted team-specific terms apply in addition to this policy. Where they differ from a general provision, the clearly stated shop-specific terms apply to that sale, subject to applicable law.
